How do I get started with Agent Observability?
Sign up for a LiveKit Cloud account, use the LiveKit Agents SDKs or Agent Builder to build an agent, then deploy to LiveKit Cloud using the CLI or with a single click in the dashboard. Once your agent is deployed to LiveKit Cloud, enable Agent Observability at the project level. To learn more, visit our docs.
What events are included in Agent Observability?

Where are Agent Observability events and recordings stored? How long are they stored?
We currently support data storage residency for Agent Observability events in the US, with more regions coming soon. Data is stored for 30 days, then automatically deleted from LiveKit Cloud. To learn more, visit our docs.
How much does it cost to use Agent Observability?
Observability events (transcripts, trace spans, and logs) are billed by the event and audio session recordings are billed by the minute. To learn more, visit our pricing page.
How do I enable or disable Agent Observability?
Agent Observability can be enabled or disabled at the project level in LiveKit Cloud. You can also disable recording for individual sessions in your agent code. To learn more, visit our docs.
