To support delivery of LiveKit Services, LiveKit Incorporated ("LiveKit"), may engage and use data processors with access to certain customer data (each, a "Sub-processor"). This page provides important information about the identity, location and role of each Sub-processor. Terms used on this page but not defined have the meaning set forth in the Terms of Service.
Third Parties
LiveKit currently uses third-party Sub-processors to provide infrastructure services, and to help us provide customer dashboards and analytics services. Prior to engaging any third-party Sub-processor, LiveKit performs diligence to evaluate their privacy, security and confidentiality practices, and executes an agreement implementing its applicable obligations.

Inference Sub-processors
LiveKit may engage third-party inference providers as sub-processors to process Inference Data, and (where you enable LiveKit's voice cloning feature) to receive and process Voice Samples you upload in order to create and operate the synthetic voice (voice clone) you request. LiveKit has opted out, on your behalf, of use of Voice Samples by these providers for training, fine-tuning, or other improvement of their models. These sub-processors only apply when you enable Inference features (including voice cloning) within LiveKit.
